INDIANAPOLIS—On Monday, former Highland Clerk-Treasurer Michael Griffin (D-Highland) was officially sworn in as State Senator for District 1. Senator Griffin is set to serve the remainder of former State Senator Frank Mrvan’s term after his retirement in January. Senator Griffin released the following statement:
