Bullying can have a devastating impact on a child’s education, confidence and well-being. That’s why I filed a bill to give students who’ve been bullied the chance to find a safer, more supportive school environment. Under my bill, these students could use funds from Indiana’s Education Scholarship Account (ESA) program to transfer to a school of their choice. Right now, the ESA program is only available for students with disabilities and their siblings, but it’s time to extend this opportunity to children who face bullying every day. I believe we have a responsibility to protect every student from harm and ensure they have access to the quality education they deserve. My 2nd Author Senator Blake Doriot and I share in the belief that political boundaries do not exist when it comes to Indiana’s kids.#INForAll ... See MoreSee Less

This is a crucial role, especially during a budget year, as the committee is where the state budget is presented and debated. I’m honored to represent you and ensure your voice is heard throughout the process. #INForAll ... See MoreSee Less

The 2025 Bowen Survey reveals a clear disconnect between the will of the people & the policies being pushed through. It's time for leaders to prioritize the voices of their constituents and champion policies that truly reflect the values and priorities of Indiana's residents.
