This legislative session, the Indiana Senate is considering hundreds of bills, enacting a state budget for the next two years, responding to the ongoing pandemic and economic recovery, and redrawing our legislative districts. I hope you’ll be a part of this process.

Although this session looks a bit different due to COVID-19 precautions, constituents can still engage their representatives in many of the same ways. Constituents can mask up and visit the Statehouse, contact us by phone or send an email.

During this session, public testimony ─ where any Hoosier can provide their input at a committee hearing ─ is crucial to passing legislation, like measures to help working families get through the COVID-19 pandemic, for example. I know the effort and sacrifice it takes to come to the Statehouse and be heard, and we’ve adopted protocols to ensure this vital function remains available to you.
