INDIANAPOLIS—Following the Indianapolis caucus vote, Minority Leader Greg Taylor (D-Indianapolis) releases the following statement congratulating Senator-Elect La Keisha Jackson (D-Indianapolis) as she joins the Senate Democratic Caucus:
